The Story: Óscar e Francisca Chacón are Costa Rican coffee producers. In 2005 they joined the micromill revolution, bought a depulper, and controlled quality and price. They pioneered Honey and Natural processing, adjusting drying. After 2008 earthquake cut utilities, Francisca built raised beds.
