This coffee is a snapshot of place, grown in Betulia, where innovation meets terroir and altitude. At Finca Milán, producers Julio Madrid and Julio Andrés Quiceno have pioneered the “Nitro Washed” method, a bioreactor fermentation using nitrogen, fruit must, and starter cultures to unlock extraordinary flavor clarity and intensity. We’ve roasted it light to balance its bright fruit notes with sweetness and body. Expect a lot of honeydew with a finish that’s juicy, clean, and unmistakably vibrant.
