Lively and saturated, tasting like forest berries, berry jam and candied orange. Slightly floral. Third harvest of Hacienda Sonora's SL28. Hand-picked, dried on patio for 9 days, rested 3 days at warehouse, mechanically dried, rested in parchment for 2 months.
