Don Martin Mocka - this lot comes from our dear friend Don Martin Urena in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. The coffee was processed anaerobically naturally, meaning the coffee cherries were fermented in an airtight tank for a certain period to support the development of the flavor profile. We taste Amarena cherry, ganache, and the sweetness of white chocolate in the cup.
