About This Coffee

The body and sweetness are the successful ingredients of this coffee. On the nose stands out a beautiful and elegant fruity note that reminds of raspberry. A coffee that to call it sweet is really reductive: I would say almost cloying, with a gustatory note of initial impact of acidity that reminds of orange. The evolution then explodes in an impressive sweetness of purple fruit, which denotes the sensation of black grapes, so much so that it can confuse our mind with the perception of being faced with a juice composed only with forest fruits.
