Just off the slopes of Bombe Mountain, smallholder farmers walk their harvest to Ayla, a washing station founded by Yisak Ketema and named for his niece. Grown on tiny, intercropped plots and dried slowly on raised beds, these cherries reflect both place and care. This lot is part of a growing relationship grounded in traceability, respect, and a shared pursuit of coffees that express where they come from.
