About This Coffee

Another arrival from El Diviso! This time, one of our favourite varieties, pink bourbon has gone through a Mosto Washed process. The harvested coffee cherries are pulped and prepared like a washed coffee, only it is soaked in 'mosto' - juice made from the harvested cherries instead of water, while limiting oxygen levels to facilitate the fermentation. You can expect a peach candy bang followed by juicy tropical acidity similar to that of red dragonfruit and lychee. Super floral with decadent viscosity!
