This cup starts and lingers long with rich and decadent rum and raisin chocolate and half way through your journey you'll find a pop of tart acidity like cherries and fig jam. Alejo and his family have long kept up the reputation and tradition of preserving the quality of both the produce and their surrounding environment. As a family and company, they continue to acquire rainforest in the country in order to do their part in saving the planet from climate changes.
