About This Coffee
Tasting Notes: Papaya | Plum | Bakers Chocolate Processing Method: Natural Varietal: Yellow Catuai Our Costa Rican coffees are sourced directly by us from several dedicated, small producers. This stunning microlot comes from our friends at La Karola located in the Tarrazu region. They grow red and yellow catuai, and we asked them to create a microlot from just the yellow catuai cherry. This was hand harvested and very carefully sorted before drying on raised tables in a covered area.
