For 15 years, Darwin Riascos, alongside his wife, daughter, and youngest child, has been dedicated to coffee farming. Their journey into the world of specialty coffee began five years ago with the acquisition of Finca La Macarena. It was here they embraced the pursuit of producing unique and exceptional coffees, driven by a passion for quality and achieving fair pricing for their dedication. The combination of Finca La Macarena’s ideal climate, rich soil, carefully selected varietals like this Pink Bourbon, and meticulous processing ensures that each coffee from the farm reflects Darwin's commitment to quality. In this lot we find the Pink Bourbon variety lives up to it’s name. Expect this coffee to be bursting with strawberry, rose hip and beautiful floral hibiscus.
