About This Coffee

Hacienda La Claudina is located in Ciudad Bolívar, a traditional Colombian coffee town about 100 km southwest of Medellín. From there, you have a spectacular view of the Los Farallones del Citara mountain range, which reaches heights of up to 3,900 m. The Colombian Castillo variety, which has proven to be very resistant to numerous plant diseases, is grown there. In addition, there are various micro lots on the hacienda, with different processing methods such as honey process and also unwashed natural processed green coffee. Around 60 farm workers are engaged in picking the coffee cherries during the harvest season.
