About This Coffee

100% Single Origin Arabica. Dembi is located in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Around 1,200 farmers regularly contribute to these lots. Coffee cherries are hand-picked at optimal ripeness and delivered fresh for processing. For natural processing, the cherries are washed to remove defective fruits and dried in the shade for approximately 18 days until a moisture content of 11.2% is achieved. The dried cherries are then stored for four weeks before being hulled and prepared for export.
